Review: Anastasia Beverly Hills Matte Lipstick in Rust

Review: Anastasia Beverly Hills Matte Lipstick in Rust

So I reviewed another one of the ABH Matte Lipsticks before and since I liked it so much I had to get another so a quick review is in order. It’s in the shade Rust and is described as a, “rich raisin brown”. I find this shade to be so pretty and flattering. Ugh I just love it. Same beautiful packaging, the glossy black and rose gold. Now formula wise I find this one to be less drying and slightly creamier than the other ABH Matte Lipstick I own. In all honesty, I prefer this one more as it doesn’t feel tight or drying throughout the day. It’s just as pigmented and long wearing so don’t worry about losing that. It retails for $23.00 (Canadian) for  .12 oz/ 3.5 g of product.

Product Description:

What it is:

Pros:

  1. Matte, but a the kind of matte where it stays put, looks good, but won’t dry your lips out
  2. Price, retails for $23.00 (Canadian) for  .12 oz/ 3.5 g of product which is reasonable
  3. Pigmented, no need for more than one swipe

Cons:

I honestly can not think of any at the moment
